These terms govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Elite Gymnastics Academy ("EGA", "we", "us") for egamiami.com. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you request a free trial class or information through a form or the chat assistant on egamiami.com and give your consent, we send you a text message with a link to create your account and book your child's class, plus related follow-ups about your trial and enrollment.

Consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number and actively checking the consent checkbox on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The messages are sent from Elite Gymnastics Academy.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically up to about 4 messages per month, depending on your activity and stage in the enrollment process.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. EGA does not charge for the text messages themselves.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
